Please read this brief guide. Confirmation of a booking by the Client is deemed acceptance of these terms.
In these terms of business, the expression Terrapietra and Athrieon and or Villa’s means the villaoperated by Tzoukos an Atherion , a Greek
Corporation. ‘Client’ means the person, firm or company making a booking or staying at the Hotel. These terms apply to all bookings except to the
extent that specific terms apply for a particular booking.
Prices of Terrapietra and Athrieon
All published rates are quoted in Euro and include VAT (and local taxes) at the current rate. Accommodation rates are per villa per night, breakfast
not included.
Availability at Terrapietra and Athrieon
In the rare case that the Hotel cannot accept a booking, in the case of an act of God (strike, war, etc), the Villa will do its utmost to find an alternative
accommodation for Client, but will not be held responsible if this is not possible.
Bookings Terrapietra and Athrieon
Payment must be made by a major credit or debit card (VISA, MasterCard, Maestro are accepted). Deposit of 30% will be request at the booking
time. Full payment will be made max 7 days before arrival.
Arrival & Departure Terrapietra and Athrieon
Check-In: 15:00-00.00
Check-Out: 6:00-10:00
Guests remaining in the room after 10:00 will be charged 50% of the daily room rate
Guests remaining in the room after 14:00 will be charged 100% of the daily room rate
Cancellations, Amendments & Non-Arrivals
Cancellations: More than 21 days before arrival – No Fee;
Less than 7 days before arrival – 100% of the deposit.
Non-Arrival: 100% of the total

Payment Terrapietra and Athrieon
Most major credit and debit cards are accepted. All additional sums are due for payment on presentation of the invoice at checkout.
Car Parking Terrapietra and Athrieon
The villa does not accept responsibility for damage to, or for theft from, or for theft of vehicles parked onVilla’s premises.
Insurance Terrapietra and Athrieon
Clients are recommended to have insurance to cover cancellation, curtailment, and loss of baggage, personal effects and money.
Children Terrapietra and Athrieon
Infants and children under 2 years old stay free, subject to room capacity. Please enter requests for extra childbeds and/or cots, noting the age of the
child, in the comments box when making an available request. Baby cot is provided free of charge, subject to availability. An extra bed is available for
an additional charge.
Children under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by a responsible adult to ensure that the children’s behaviour is appropriate for other
guests within the Villa’s.

Dogs & Other Pets
Pets are accepted solely at the discretion of the Company. If you wish to travel with your pet, please check in advance with the hotel. The Client is
responsible for controlling the pet and will be liable for any damage, soilage or injury however caused by the pet.
Please be aware that European countries have special limitations and controls on the cross border movement of most animals and birds.
Behaviour
The Villa’s reserves the right to judge acceptable levels of noise or behaviour of Clients, guests or representatives, who must take all steps for
corrective action as requested by the Hotel. In the event of failure to comply with management requests, the Villa may terminate the booking or stop
any event immediately without being liable for any refund or compensation.
Discrimination
It is the policy of the Villa not to discriminate on the grounds of race, colour, nationality, creed, sex, marital status, age, ethnic origin or disability.
Clients, their employees, guests and all sub-contractors engaged by or on behalf of the Client are expected to adhere to this policy and the Villa
may, without incurring any liability to the Client, remove from the Villa any person or persons offending against this policy.
External customers
Guests from outside the villas are not allowed. Customers must be registered at check-in
Comments & Complaints
Any comment or complaint regarding the stay should be made in writing within 60 days.
Statutory Requirements
The Villa is subject to statutory controls, including those relating to fire, licensing, entertainment, health, hygiene and safety. These must be strictly
observed by Clients, their guests and representatives.
Liability
Other than for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the Villa, the Villa’s s liability to the Client is limited to the price of the booking.
Unless the Villa is liable under the above clause, the Client indemnifies the Villa from and against any and all liability and any claims, proceedings or
damages resulting or arising from the booking, event or function, the Client, guests or any outside contractors of the Client.
The Villa will not be liable for failure to perform to the extent that the failure is caused by any factor beyond its reasonable control.
The Hotel does not accept responsibility whatsoever for damage to, or theft from, or theft of, vehicles parked on the Villa premises.
Clients are responsible for any damage caused to the allocated rooms, furnishings, utensils and equipment in them by any act, omission, default or
neglect of the Clients, their guests or sub-contractors and will pay to the Villa on demand the amount required to make good or remedy any such
damage.
Data Protection
The information provided by the Client may be processed by Terrapietraand Athrieon for the purposes it has notified to the Information
Commissioner. By confirming the booking, the Client consents to this processing of the information.
Dispute
These terms will be construed in accordance with the exclusive jurisdiction of the Greek Common Law in the courts of Rhodes (Greece) in the
respect of any dispute that you may have relating to such goods or services as aforesaid.
